2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

To use our services, you must:

• Comply with all applicable laws, including those of the UAE and your country of residence

4. Account Registration and Security

Booking confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only once full or partial payment has been received and a confirmation email or voucher has been issued by Recreative Global. Until confirmation, prices, availability, and inclusions remain subject to change.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices may include or exclude taxes, service charges, and third-party fees, which will be clearly indicated at the time of booking. Rates may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, and special events.

Payment

We accept payment through secure, PCI-compliant gateways including major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Recreative Global acts as an intermediary and is not the operator of these services
• We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or service quality of third-party suppliers, although we will always assist in resolving issues to the best of our ability

8. Travel Documents and Insurance

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold all valid documents required for your trip, including:

• A passport with sufficient validity (typically at least six months beyond your intended stay)
• Required visas, entry permits, and health certificates
• Proof of vaccinations or medical clearances, where applicable

While we provide visa assistance, the issuance of any visa remains at the sole discretion of the relevant immigration authority. We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost belongings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Recreative Global's total liability arising from or in connection with any service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or emotional distress
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Recreative Global, its directors, employees, partners, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
